And I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?” Then I said, “Here I am! Send me."
Isaiah 6:8 has been my anchor for a long time.
If you’ve followed my journey, you know I’ve been forced to persevere through incredibly hard seasons to stay faithful to the mission placed on my life. This is one of those times.
Three months ago, if you had told me I would be traveling to the Democratic Republic of Congo for two weeks, I would have said, “Absolutely not.” But He has a way of changing our plans.
My calling to serve started at 16 as a lifeguard. It led through the fire service, EMS, the U.S. Forest Service, and law enforcement. I poured everything into protecting others. After losing my friend in the line of duty and my own medical retirement following a pursuit crash, the weight of trauma nearly ended my service.
I thought I was done.
Then Isaiah 6:8 happened again: Calling me out of retirement to fight human trafficking full-time with Frontline Response. And now He’s opening the door to this vital mission in the DRC by providing training to senior government officials on effective anti-trafficking strategies and leadership techniques.
This is the business of real, lasting change.
We are not done yet.
With a proven record of answering the call, no matter how difficult, I’m stepping out in faith again.
100% of every donation will go directly to the strategic trip: covering travel, survivor services, advanced trauma care, and critical resources to restore lives.
If you feel led to partner in this next chapter, your gift would mean more than you know.
Thank you for standing with me as I say again, “Here am I. Send me.”
